### sec.878 Starting an appeal to the Land Court
An appeal is started by—
filing a notice of appeal with the court; and
complying with rules of court applicable to the appeal.
The notice of appeal must be filed within 30 business days after the day the appellant receives notice of the decision or the decision is taken to have been made.
The court may extend the period for filing the notice of appeal.
A copy of the notice of appeal must be served on the chief executive within 10 business days after the notice of appeal is filed with the court.
