### sec.877 Who may appeal or apply for external review If an interested person has applied for an internal review of an original decision, any interested person for the original decision may appeal against or apply for a review of the review decision to— if the review decision was about an original decision or action about a water bore driller’s licence—QCAT; and if the review decision was about an original decision or action mentioned in section 851 (1) , other than the giving of a compliance notice—the Land Court; and if the review decision was about a decision or action mentioned in section 851 (1) for which a compliance notice was given—QCAT; and if the review decision was about an original decision or action mentioned in section 851 (3) —the Land Court.
