### sec.739 Appointment and qualifications of authorised officers The chief executive or the office (each an appointor ) may appoint a person as an authorised officer. The appointor may appoint a person as an authorised officer only if, in the appointor’s opinion, the person has the necessary expertise or experience to be an authorised officer. s 739 amd 2008 No. 34 s 666 sch 2 ; 2010 No. 20 s 107 ; 2012 No. 39 s 71 (sec.739-ssec.1) The chief executive or the office (each an appointor ) may appoint a person as an authorised officer.
