### sec.734 Ancillary works and encroachments under Transport Infrastructure Act 1994
This section applies to an approval under the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 , section 50 (2) , held by SunWater, to construct, maintain, operate or conduct specified ancillary works and encroachments on a State-controlled road in the area of a declared channel scheme.
On the transfer day for the declared channel scheme, the approval is taken to be an approval given to the irrigation entity for the scheme.
