### sec.658 Modifying performance plan A water authority’s performance plan may be modified by the authority with the Minister’s agreement. The Minister, by notice, may direct the authority to modify the performance plan. The Minister must cause a copy of the direction to be published in the gazette within 15 business days after it is given. (sec.658-ssec.1) A water authority’s performance plan may be modified by the authority with the Minister’s agreement.
