### sec.657 Performance plan pending agreement This section applies if the Minister has not agreed to a draft performance plan before the start of the financial year to which the plan applies. The draft performance plan submitted, or last submitted, by the authority to the Minister before the start of the financial year (with any modifications made by the authority, whether before or after that time, at the direction of the Minister) is taken to be the authority’s performance plan until a draft performance plan becomes the authority’s performance plan under section 656 . s 657 amd 2014 No. 51 s 23 (sec.657-ssec.1) This section applies if the Minister has not agreed to a draft performance plan before the start of the financial year to which the plan applies.
