### sec.651 Modifying corporate plan A water authority’s corporate plan may be modified by the authority with the Minister’s agreement. The Minister, by notice, may direct the authority to modify the corporate plan. The Minister must cause a copy of the direction to be published in the gazette within 15 business days after it is given. (sec.651-ssec.1) A water authority’s corporate plan may be modified by the authority with the Minister’s agreement.
