### sec.650 Corporate plan pending agreement This section applies if the Minister has not agreed to a draft corporate plan before the start of the financial year to which the plan applies. The draft corporate plan submitted, or last submitted, by the authority to the Minister before the start of the financial year (with any modifications made by the authority, whether before or after that time, at the direction of the Minister) is taken to be the authority’s corporate plan until a draft corporate plan becomes the authority’s corporate plan under section 649 . s 650 amd 2014 No. 51 s 20 (sec.650-ssec.1) This section applies if the Minister has not agreed to a draft corporate plan before the start of the financial year to which the plan applies.
