### sec.620 Time and place of meetings
Meetings of the board are to be held at the times and places it decides.
However, the board must hold—
its first meeting at the time and place decided by the chief executive; and
at least 1 meeting a year.
The board chairperson—
may call a board meeting at any time; and
must call a meeting if asked by at least one-half of the directors comprising the board or, if the number is not a whole number, the next highest whole number of directors.
