### sec.62 Decision about finalising water use plan
Before deciding to finalise a water use plan, the Minister must consider all properly made submissions about the draft of the plan under section 61 .
If the Minister decides to finalise the plan, the Minister must submit the plan for approval by the Governor in Council.
If the Minister decides not to finalise the plan, the Minister must publish a notice advising of the decision and the reasons for the decision.
