### sec.61 Publishing draft water use plan
After the Minister makes a draft of a water use plan, the Minister must publish the draft plan.
As soon as practicable after publishing the draft of a water use plan, the Minister must publish a notice stating—
the draft plan has been published; and
how the draft plan may be inspected; and
that submissions about the draft plan may be made by any entity;
the day by which, how and to whom, the submissions must be made.
The period for making submissions must not be less than 30 business days after the notice is published.

(sec.61-ssec.1) After the Minister makes a draft of a water use plan, the Minister must publish the draft plan.
