### sec.400 Compliance with approved baseline assessment plan A resource tenure holder must, unless the holder has a reasonable excuse— undertake a baseline assessment of a water bore in a priority area for the tenure on or before the day stated in the baseline assessment timetable in the baseline assessment plan for the area of the resource tenure; and comply with each condition of its approved baseline assessment plan.
