### sec.25V Notice about decision As soon as practicable after deciding the application, the Minister must give the applicant a notice stating— the decision and the reasons for the decision; and if the Minister decides to pay compensation—details of the amount to be paid and how the amount was calculated. s 25V ins 2005 No. 56 s 4 - (a) the decision and the reasons for the decision; and - (b) if the Minister decides to pay compensation—details of the amount to be paid and how the amount was calculated.
