### sec.25T Requirement for further information
The Minister may give the applicant a notice stating—
the information required by the Minister for deciding the application; and
the time by which the information must be given to the Minister; and
that, if the information is not given to the Minister by the stated time, the application will lapse.
The stated time must be reasonable and, in any case, at least 15 business days after the notice is given.
The Minister may give the applicant a further notice extending or further extending the time if the Minister is satisfied it would be reasonable in all the circumstances to give the extension.
A notice may be given under subsection (3) even if the time to which it relates has lapsed.
If the applicant does not comply with the requirement within the stated time, or any extension of the time, the application lapses.
