### sec.215 Transferring operations licence The licensee may apply to transfer the operations licence. The application must be— made to the chief executive in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation. Within 30 business days after receiving the application, the chief executive must give the transferee a new licence on conditions that have the same effect as the licence being transferred, other than for the change of name of the licensee. s 215 amd 2002 No. 12 s 329 sch 2 ; 2005 No. 19 s 84 ; 2011 No. 40 s 64 ; 2014 No. 7 s 578 s ch 4 pt 2 sub 2014 No. 64 ss 67 (1) , 68 (sec.215-ssec.1) The licensee may apply to transfer the operations licence.
