### sec.215 Transferring operations licence
The licensee may apply to transfer the operations licence.
The application must be—
made to the chief executive in the approved form; and
accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
Within 30 business days after receiving the application, the chief executive must give the transferee a new licence on conditions that have the same effect as the licence being transferred, other than for the change of name of the licensee.

(sec.215-ssec.1) The licensee may apply to transfer the operations licence.
(sec.215-ssec.2) The application must be— made to the chief executive in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
(sec.215-ssec.3) Within 30 business days after receiving the application, the chief executive must give the transferee a new licence on conditions that have the same effect as the licence being transferred, other than for the change of name of the licensee.
