### sec.1273 Notices published about an application under unamended Act This section applies if— before the commencement— a person has published a notice about an application for a water licence or a dealing with a water allocation under the unamended Act; and the process relating to the application has not been completed; and there are corresponding provisions for dealing with the notice under the amended Act. The notice is taken to be published under the corresponding provisions of the amended Act and the application must be continued under the amended Act as if it were an application for a new licence or dealing with a water allocation. s 1273 ins 2014 No. 64 s 201 (sec.1273-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement— a person has published a notice about an application for a water licence or a dealing with a water allocation under the unamended Act; and the process relating to the application has not been completed; and there are corresponding provisions for dealing with the notice under the amended Act.
