### sec.1260 Provisions of resource operations plan taken to be included in a resource operations licence For section 1259(2)(a), the provisions are the following provisions relevant to a water supply scheme— the monitoring and reporting arrangements; the infrastructure details, including any full supply level stated in the resource operations plan; authority to use watercourses to distribute water; the environmental management rules; matters relating to the implementation of, and compliance with, the resource operations plan. s 1260 ins 2014 No. 64 s 201 (amd 2016 No. 60 s 18 (10) – (11) ) - (a) the monitoring and reporting arrangements; - (b) the infrastructure details, including any full supply level stated in the resource operations plan; - (c) authority to use watercourses to distribute water; - (d) the environmental management rules; - (e) matters relating to the implementation of, and compliance with, the resource operations plan.
