### sec.1259A Reference in particular plans to unamended Act provision that has a corresponding provision This section applies to a reference in a relevant plan to a provision, of the unamended Act, for a matter, if there is a corresponding provision of the amended Act for the matter. To remove any doubt it is declared that, unless the relevant plan or this part provides otherwise, the reference to the provision is taken to be a reference to the corresponding provision. In this section— relevant plan means— a water plan; or a resource operations plan to which section 1259 applies. s 1259A ins 2018 No. 24 s 278 (sec.1259A-ssec.1) This section applies to a reference in a relevant plan to a provision, of the unamended Act, for a matter, if there is a corresponding provision of the amended Act for the matter. (sec.1259A-ssec.2) To remove any doubt it is declared that, unless the relevant plan or this part provides otherwise, the reference to the provision is taken to be a reference to the corresponding provision.
