### sec.1250T Consideration when making decisions about associated water licence
When making a decision under this division in relation to an associated water licence, the chief executive must consider the purpose of this Act as stated in section 2(1)(c).
To remove any doubt, it is declared that this division is not part of the framework for establishing a system for the planning, allocation and use of water.
