### sec.1250S Associated water licence taken to be water licence for particular provisions
An associated water licence is taken to be a water licence for the purposes of the following provisions—
section 369A;
section 394A;
See, however, section 1250G.
section 812;
section 1009;
the Mineral Resources Act, section 334ZP(8) and (9).
