### sec.125 Application to reinstate expired water licence
This section applies to an application mentioned in section 121 (3) (c) .
The applicant may apply to have the water licence reinstated within 60 business days after the licence expires.
If an application for the reinstatement of a water licence is made, the expired licence is taken to have been in force from the day the application was made until the applicant has been notified of the chief executive’s decision on the application.

(sec.125-ssec.1) This section applies to an application mentioned in section 121 (3) (c) .
