### sec.1211 Transfer of funds into Groundwater Impact Assessment Fund On the commencement, the following amounts held by the former commission immediately before the commencement must be paid into the Groundwater Impact Assessment Fund— the balance of all levy amounts paid by petroleum tenure holders under previous section 360FA; the balance of any interest accrued on amounts mentioned in paragraph (a).
