### sec.1210 Definitions for div 19 In this division— amending Act means the South East Queensland Water (Restructuring) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2012 . commencement means the commencement of the provision in which the term is used. former commission means the Queensland Water Commission established under previous section 342. previous , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force immediately before the repeal or amendment of the provision under the amending Act. s 1210 ins 2012 No. 39 s 77
