### sec.1136C Effect of disposal of part of land to which interim water allocation attaches
This section applies if, before the commencement of this section—
an interim water allocation was attached to land; and
the registered owner of the land disposed of part of the land; and
no application was made under section 198(3) as in force before the commencement.
The interim water allocation is taken—
not to have been surrendered; and
to be held jointly by all owners of the land to which the interim water allocation related before the disposal.
However, within 60 business days after the commencement of this section, 1 or more of the owners of the land to which the interim water allocation relates may, with the consent of the other owners, apply for 1 or more interim water allocations to replace the jointly held interim water allocation.
Section 198(4) to (11) as in force after the commencement applies to the application to replace the interim water allocation.

(sec.1136C-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement of this section— an interim water allocation was attached to land; and the registered owner of the land disposed of part of the land; and no application was made under section 198(3) as in force before the commencement.
