### sec.1136B Notices given under s 101(1)(b) and (1)(c) This section applies to a notice given under section 101(1)(b) for— the Pioneer Valley Resource Operations Plan 2005 ; or the Barron Resource Operations Plan 2005 ; or a draft resource operations plan that did not become effective under section 103 before the commencement of the Water and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2005 , section 16 . The notice is taken to be a notice given under section 101(1)(b) as in force after the commencement.
