### sec.1065AA Additional ground for amending safety condition of environmental authority This section applies for a condition that, under section 1065(3)(c), is taken to be a condition of an environmental authority. If the administering authority under the Environmental Protection Act 1994 forms the opinion that the condition is not, or has ceased to be, appropriate for that Act, the opinion is a ground for amending the condition under section 215 of that Act. Subsection (2) applies as well as any other ground provided for under the sections and any additional ground for amendment provided for under section 605 of that Act. s 1065AA ins 2002 No. 45 s 32 (retro) amd 2008 No. 52 s 98 sch 2 ; 2012 No. 16 s 78 sch (sec.1065AA-ssec.1) This section applies for a condition that, under section 1065(3)(c), is taken to be a condition of an environmental authority.
