### sec.1057 Reinstating particular expired licences This section applies to a licence under the repealed Act— in force immediately before 13 November 2001; and not in force immediately before the commencement of this section. The chief executive may reinstate the licence by granting a water licence under this Act without an application being made under section 221. A water licence granted under this section is taken to have been in force from the day it expired. s 1057 ins 2005 No. 19 s 164 (sec.1057-ssec.1) This section applies to a licence under the repealed Act— in force immediately before 13 November 2001; and not in force immediately before the commencement of this section.
