### sec.1057 Reinstating particular expired licences
This section applies to a licence under the repealed Act—
in force immediately before 13 November 2001; and
not in force immediately before the commencement of this section.
The chief executive may reinstate the licence by granting a water licence under this Act without an application being made under section 221.
A water licence granted under this section is taken to have been in force from the day it expired.

(sec.1057-ssec.1) This section applies to a licence under the repealed Act— in force immediately before 13 November 2001; and not in force immediately before the commencement of this section.
(sec.1057-ssec.2) The chief executive may reinstate the licence by granting a water licence under this Act without an application being made under section 221.
(sec.1057-ssec.3) A water licence granted under this section is taken to have been in force from the day it expired.
- (a) in force immediately before 13 November 2001; and
- (b) not in force immediately before the commencement of this section.
