### sec.99W When refund amount must not be claimed A person must not claim a refund amount for an empty container at a container refund point if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know— a refund amount has already been paid for the container; or a recovery amount has been paid to the operator of a material recovery facility for the container. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. s 99W ins 2017 No. 31 s 4 - (a) a refund amount has already been paid for the container; or - (b) a recovery amount has been paid to the operator of a material recovery facility for the container.
