### sec.88 Accredited product stewardship scheme does not override laws An accredited product stewardship scheme has no effect to the extent it is inconsistent with any law of the State or the Commonwealth. A provision of a voluntary product stewardship scheme for a product would have no effect to the extent it purported to require a participant in the scheme to deal with the product in a way prohibited under the Environmental Protection Act .
