### sec.73DD Rate notice to include statement about relevant payments The first rate notice issued to an entity by the local government after receiving a relevant payment must state— the amount of the payment; and the purpose for which the payment has been, or will be, used. Subsection (3) applies if the chief executive believes the local government has not complied with subsection (1) in relation to an entity.
