### sec.19 Minor amendment of waste management strategy A minor amendment of the waste management strategy may be made without complying with the requirements of part 2 . In this section— minor amendment , of the waste management strategy, means an amendment of the strategy— to correct a minor error in the strategy; or to make another change that is not a change of substance; or on 1 occasion only, to extend the period for which the strategy is in force for a period of not more than 1 year. s 19 amd 2013 No. 6 s 50 sch (sec.19-ssec.1) A minor amendment of the waste management strategy may be made without complying with the requirements of part 2 . (sec.19-ssec.2) In this section— minor amendment , of the waste management strategy, means an amendment of the strategy— to correct a minor error in the strategy; or to make another change that is not a change of substance; or on 1 occasion only, to extend the period for which the strategy is in force for a period of not more than 1 year. - (a) to correct a minor error in the strategy; or - (b) to make another change that is not a change of substance; or - (c) on 1 occasion only, to extend the period for which the strategy is in force for a period of not more than 1 year.
