### sec.173C Cancellation or suspension of registration The chief executive may cancel or suspend a registered resource producer’s registration if the chief executive reasonably believes the registered resource producer has failed to comply with a requirement of an end of waste code. The chief executive may act under subsection (1) regardless of whether the chief executive has given the registered resource producer a show cause notice under chapter 11 . s 173C ins 2014 No. 59 s 167 (sec.173C-ssec.1) The chief executive may cancel or suspend a registered resource producer’s registration if the chief executive reasonably believes the registered resource producer has failed to comply with a requirement of an end of waste code.
