### sec.173B Registration of end of waste resource producers A person becomes a registered resource producer for an end of waste code by giving the chief executive a notice that the person intends to become a registered resource producer for the code. The notice must— be in the approved form; and include the information prescribed by regulation; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
