### sec.173A Minor amendment of end of waste code
The chief executive may make a minor amendment of an end of waste code by publishing a notice of the amendment—
on the department’s website; and
in any other way the chief executive considers appropriate.
The chief executive may make the minor amendment to the end of waste code—
on the chief executive’s own initiative; or
on an application made under section 168 for a minor amendment of an end of waste code.
This section applies despite section 172 .
In this section—
minor amendment , of an end of waste code, means an amendment of the code—
to correct a minor or formal error in the code; or
to make another change that is not a change of substance and does not adversely affect the interests of a registered resource producer or a person who is likely to receive a resource from the registered resource producer.

(sec.173A-ssec.1) The chief executive may make a minor amendment of an end of waste code by publishing a notice of the amendment— on the department’s website; and in any other way the chief executive considers appropriate.
(sec.173A-ssec.2) The chief executive may make the minor amendment to the end of waste code— on the chief executive’s own initiative; or on an application made under section 168 for a minor amendment of an end of waste code.

- (a) on the department’s website; and
- (b) in any other way the chief executive considers appropriate.
