### sec.17 Submissions to be considered when preparing final strategy
The chief executive must prepare, and give to the Minister, a final version of the State’s waste management strategy.
In preparing the final version of the strategy, the chief executive must consider all submissions on the draft strategy given to the chief executive under section 16 .
