### sec.120 Meaning of waste reduction and recycling plan
A waste reduction and recycling plan , for an entity, is a plan that—
establishes strategic waste management, including waste reduction and recycling, planning requirements for the entity for—
a particular aspect of waste management relevant to the entity; or
some or all aspects of waste management relevant to the entity; and
has been prepared and adopted in compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
- (a) establishes strategic waste management, including waste reduction and recycling, planning requirements for the entity for— (i) a particular aspect of waste management relevant to the entity; or (ii) some or all aspects of waste management relevant to the entity; and
- (i) a particular aspect of waste management relevant to the entity; or
- (ii) some or all aspects of waste management relevant to the entity; and
- (b) has been prepared and adopted in compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
