### sec.119 Purpose of chapter The purpose of this chapter is to provide, in a way that achieves the objects of this Act, for strategic planning for improving waste management— at regional and individual local government level; and at state government departmental level; and at business and industry level. - (a) at regional and individual local government level; and - (b) at state government departmental level; and - (c) at business and industry level.
