### sec.102ZI Quarterly reports The Organisation must give the Minister a report about its operations for each quarter in a financial year. The report for a quarter must be given to the Minister— within 6 weeks after the end of the quarter; or if another period after the end of the quarter is agreed between the Organisation and the Minister—within the agreed period. The report must include the information— stated in the Organisation’s strategic plan; or prescribed by regulation. In this section— quarter , in a financial year, means the following periods in the year— 1 July to 30 September; 1 October to 31 December; 1 January to 31 March; 1 April to 30 June. s 102ZI ins 2017 No. 31 s 5 (sec.102ZI-ssec.1) The Organisation must give the Minister a report about its operations for each quarter in a financial year.
