### sec.102ZH Approval of strategic plan
The Organisation’s strategic plan has no effect until it has been approved by the Minister.
The Minister must approve the strategic plan as soon as practicable after receiving the plan.
An amendment to a strategic plan has no effect until it has been approved by—
for a minor amendment—the Organisation; or
otherwise—the Minister.
In this section—
minor amendment , of a strategic plan, means an amendment of a minor nature that does not materially change the plan.

(sec.102ZH-ssec.1) The Organisation’s strategic plan has no effect until it has been approved by the Minister.
(sec.102ZH-ssec.2) The Minister must approve the strategic plan as soon as practicable after receiving the plan.
(sec.102ZH-ssec.3) An amendment to a strategic plan has no effect until it has been approved by— for a minor amendment—the Organisation; or otherwise—the Minister.
