### sec.102W Immediate suspension
The Minister may suspend the appointment of a company as the Organisation immediately if the Minister reasonably believes—
a ground exists to suspend or cancel the company’s appointment; and
the circumstances warrant the immediate suspension of the appointment to ensure—
the safety of persons; or
the public interest in the scheme is not adversely affected.
If the Minister decides to suspend the company’s appointment under subsection (1) , the Minister must give the company—
an information notice for the decision to suspend the appointment immediately; and
a show cause notice under section 102X .
The suspension—
takes effect when the notices are given to the company; and
continues until the earliest of the following happens—
the Minister ends the suspension;
the show cause notice is finally dealt with;
30 business days after the notices are given to the company.
