### sec.102R Deciding amendment application
This section applies after the Minister is given a report about the chief executive’s assessment of an amendment application under section 102Q .
The Minister must—
consider the amendment application and report about the chief executive’s assessment of the amendment application; and
decide to—
grant the application; or
if the Minister decides to grant the application—impose or amend the conditions on the appointment the Minister considers are necessary or desirable; or
refuse the application.

(sec.102R-ssec.1) This section applies after the Minister is given a report about the chief executive’s assessment of an amendment application under section 102Q .
(sec.102R-ssec.2) The Minister must— consider the amendment application and report about the chief executive’s assessment of the amendment application; and decide to— grant the application; or if the Minister decides to grant the application—impose or amend the conditions on the appointment the Minister considers are necessary or desirable; or refuse the application.
- (a) consider the amendment application and report about the chief executive’s assessment of the amendment application; and
- (b) decide to— (i) grant the application; or (ii) if the Minister decides to grant the application—impose or amend the conditions on the appointment the Minister considers are necessary or desirable; or (iii) refuse the application.
