### sec.102Q Assessing application
The chief executive must—
assess the amendment application; and
give the Minister a report about the amendment application.
Sections 102J and 102K apply—
for the purpose of the chief executive assessing the amendment application; and
as though a reference in those sections to the application is a reference to the amendment application.

(sec.102Q-ssec.1) The chief executive must— assess the amendment application; and give the Minister a report about the amendment application.
