### sec.63 Contact person to give voluntary assisted dying substance to authorised disposer
Subsection (2) applies if the person revokes a self-administration decision after an authorised supplier has supplied a voluntary assisted dying substance for the person.
The contact person for the person must, as soon as practicable and in any event within 14 days after the day on which the decision is revoked, give the voluntary assisted dying substance to an authorised disposer.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
Subsection (4) applies if the person—
makes a self-administration decision; and
dies after an authorised supplier has supplied a voluntary assisted dying substance for the person.
