### sec.58 Contact person to be appointed
The person must appoint a contact person.
A person is eligible for appointment as a contact person if the person is at least 18 years of age.
A person cannot be appointed as the contact person unless the person consents to the appointment.
The person may revoke the appointment of the contact person.
If the person revokes the appointment of the contact person—
the person must inform the contact person of the revocation; and
the contact person ceases to be the contact person for the person on being informed under paragraph (a) ; and
the person must make another appointment under subsection (1) .
(sec.58-ssec.1) The person must appoint a contact person.
(sec.58-ssec.2) A person is eligible for appointment as a contact person if the person is at least 18 years of age.
(sec.58-ssec.3) A person cannot be appointed as the contact person unless the person consents to the appointment.
(sec.58-ssec.4) The person may revoke the appointment of the contact person.
(sec.58-ssec.5) If the person revokes the appointment of the contact person— the person must inform the contact person of the revocation; and the contact person ceases to be the contact person for the person on being informed under paragraph (a) ; and the person must make another appointment under subsection (1) .
