### sec.33 Information to be provided if person assessed as eligible If the consulting practitioner is satisfied the person is eligible for access to voluntary assisted dying, the consulting practitioner must inform the person about the matters mentioned in section 22 (1) . Nothing in this section affects any duty a medical practitioner has at common law or under another Act.
