### sec.125 Conditions of appointment A member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Minister. For matters not provided for by this Act, a member holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Minister. (sec.125-ssec.1) A member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Minister. (sec.125-ssec.2) For matters not provided for by this Act, a member holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Minister.
