### sec.113 Application taken to be withdrawn if person dies
This section applies if the person the subject of a review of a reviewable decision dies.
The application is taken to be withdrawn.
The principal registrar must, as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware that the person has died, give notice of the withdrawal to—
each person who received a copy of the application; and
any other person to whom QCAT directs notice be given.
(sec.113-ssec.1) This section applies if the person the subject of a review of a reviewable decision dies.
(sec.113-ssec.2) The application is taken to be withdrawn.
(sec.113-ssec.3) The principal registrar must, as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware that the person has died, give notice of the withdrawal to— each person who received a copy of the application; and any other person to whom QCAT directs notice be given.
- (a) each person who received a copy of the application; and
- (b) any other person to whom QCAT directs notice be given.
