### sec.100 Who is an eligible person An eligible person , for a reviewable decision, is— a person who is the subject of the decision; or an agent of a person mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or any other person who has a sufficient and genuine interest in the rights and interests of a person mentioned in paragraph (a) in relation to voluntary assisted dying. - (a) a person who is the subject of the decision; or - (b) an agent of a person mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or - (c) any other person who has a sufficient and genuine interest in the rights and interests of a person mentioned in paragraph (a) in relation to voluntary assisted dying.
