### sec.90 Notice of decision to grant assistance
If the government assessor decides to grant assistance, the government assessor must give the applicant a notice stating the following—
any amount payable to the applicant, including—
the total amount payable to the applicant; and
the amount payable for each component of assistance;
the conditions imposed on the grant of assistance;
the reasons for the decision, including the imposition of any conditions;

- (a) any amount payable to the applicant, including— (i) the total amount payable to the applicant; and (ii) the amount payable for each component of assistance;
- (i) the total amount payable to the applicant; and
- (ii) the amount payable for each component of assistance;
- (b) the conditions imposed on the grant of assistance;

- (d) the internal review details for the decision.
- (i) the total amount payable to the applicant; and
- (ii) the amount payable for each component of assistance;
