### sec.41 Amount of assistance
A parent secondary victim of an act of violence may be granted assistance of up to $75,000.
In addition to the assistance mentioned in subsection (1) , each parent secondary victim of an act of violence may be granted assistance of up to $500 for legal costs incurred by the victim in applying for assistance under this Act.

(sec.41-ssec.1) A parent secondary victim of an act of violence may be granted assistance of up to $75,000.
